Brecklate B&B on the Mull of Kintyre is extremely well situated for golfers wishing to use the Machrihanish, Machrihanish Dunes and Dunaverty golf courses in south Kintyre. We are also only 3 miles from the end of section 6 of The Kintyre Way walking route at Dunaverty/Southend Beach (happy to provide a pick-up / drop-off service). We provide excellent B&B accommodation with two fully ensuite double bedrooms and a cosy guest sitting room with a wood burning stove. In the warmer months guests are welcome to use our south facing summer room. We now only accept bookings with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
Your breakfast will be prepared using fresh local produce and we are very happy to prepare delicious home cooked evening meals with advance notice. Superb home baking, hospitality and attention to detail will ensure you enjoy a relaxing stay with us. Brecklate has been awarded a Silver Level Greenleader Award by Tripadvisor.
Brecklate (which means "speckled hillside" in gaelic) is a traditional Kintyre farmhouse built in 1866 although it is no longer part of a working farm.
